Enchanting, even right from the lower levels, is an excellent and a profitable business. Enchanting is a basic yet highly in demand skill – at lower levels, you can make good Gold by enchanting or selling items at the Auction House. This WoW Enchanting Guide will walk you through the nitty-gritty of the profession – a skill  that’s most necessary for spell-casters such or for a Blood Elf. There is only one profession that’s best partnered with Enchanting. This is Tailoring or Blacksmithing – the art of creating items to enchant and then using or selling them.

This business is profitable because you can simply buy basic items and then enchant them and sell them at a higher price. Another method of making money through this profession is by charging people for enchanting their items. Enchanting therefore is already a profitable business in itself  and doesn’t need to be partnered with Tailoring or Blacksmithing. You might as well do Mining, Herbalism or Skinning  because they are, in themselves, profit-earning ventures.

Shop Wise

So how will you sell your skills? Firstly, you can either sell your items to your friends and guild or set up a shop on a trading channel. So start pricing your enchants now so that people will know what you can offer (of course, specify the different pricing if people will provide the ingredients). As in a real business, always be courteous to the customer. Bear in mind that in Wow, there are a lot of repeat customers. Build on a reputation of honesty and helpfulness. It will also be helpful if you make sure that you offer competitive prices.|It is also a good idea to check out other stores to know how competitive your pricing is.   

You could also earn money by disenchanting – buy green items at the Auction House, disenchant them to have reagents, the sell these reagents. It is better to disenchant items in bulk. Experience is essential to be successful at disenchanting items, but later on, this will give you tidy profit.
