Actually, this issue has been raised by former Union Minister of India Ninong Erring, who is currently the MLA of Arunachal Pradesh. Ninong Erring has written a letter to the Prime Minister of India, seeking to ban the Battlegrounds Mobile India game.

Recently, Ninong Erring posted photos of the letter on his Twitter account tweeting that the Battlegrounds Mobile India game is a Chinese deception and should prevent the game from being released in India because according to him, this game can be a detriment to India’s privacy and the privacy of Indian people can also be jeopardized by this game.
He has described in the letter stating the reason for the issue raised by him that Tencent is a Chinese company and currently 15.5% stake of Tencent is in Krafton due to which the game should not be released in India.
