Finally, a brand new event is coming in Pokemon Go which will be based on Diwali, one of the biggest festivals of India. Pokemon Go was released in 2016, although the game never had a Diwali event in the game’s 5 year history, but now the wish of those people who wanted to watch the Diwali event in Pokemon Go is going to be fulfilled soon.
Actually recently it has been officially announced that a new event called Festival of Lights is going to come in the game very soon. Although there is no word Diwali in the name of this event but Diwali is also called Festival of Lights, so we can assume that it is a Diwali Event.
If we talk about the duration, then the Festival of Lights event is going to run from November 5 to November 14, that is, this event is going to last for about 9 to 10 days. You will be able to gate many things during this event. Although at the moment it has not been officially announced by Pokemon Go what we can get during this event, but we can predict what things we will see in this event.
During this event, we will get to see a lot of new content, and Shiny Pokémon can also be seen in this event because if there was less content in this event then the duration of this event would be kept only 2 to 3 days. Because this event is going to last for 9 to 10 days, so players can get to see exciting things during this event.
During the Festival of Lights event, we will get to see more Fire-type and Electric-type Pokemon such as Pikachu, Pichu, Magnemite, Electivire, Shinx etc. A long time ago in the loading screen of Pokemon GO we saw the dedenne pokemon which is not released yet, The dedenne Pokemon may be released during the Festival of Lights event. We may also see some Shiny Pokémon and some costume Pokémon during this event.
