Chinese technology conglomerate holding company Tencent has started its cloud gaming service. Cloud gaming option has been added to Tencent’s video TV app, so people in China can now access cloud gaming from their smart TVs and set-top boxes.
Currently, the trend of cloud gaming in the gaming sector is increasing because it is a futuristic technology and big tech giant companies like Google, Microsoft and Nvidia have also launched their cloud gaming service in the market. Although this technology is currently in the initial phase, but now China’s multinational technology holding company Tencent is also trying their luck in the cloud gaming sector and has started their cloud gaming service in China.

Currently, Tencent’s cloud gaming service includes only selected mobile games that gamers can play mobile games on the big screen through the app, and there are some games that require the gamepad to play. This service started in China recently, for this reason, very few games have been added to it for now, but the number of games in the future will increase even more. Although there is no official information but only mobile games will be added to this cloud gaming service because Tencent is already working with China’s tech giant company Huawei for PC games.
The news came out earlier that Tencent is working on its own cloud gaming service with Huawei to compete with popular cloud gaming services like Google Stadia, and Microsoft cloud gaming in the cloud gaming sector. Starting this new project, both the company has also created a co-innovation lab where work will be done on this project, although the project has not been given any official name from the company but the template is known as GameMatrix.
