Special Ops 1.5 Review

Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story is a much-awaited Indian television web series by the fans of Kay Kay Menon. This season is a combination of prequel and sequel of special ops. Except for the last episode of this series, all the other episodes are on average 40 to 50 minutes as the last episode is only 25 minutes long. This story tells more about Himmat as a character and different sides of Himmat’s life. You can know Himmat as a person in depth through this series. It has released today on 12 November 2021.

Talking about the cast of the series then as we know Himmat is played by Kay Kay Menon which is fabulous and mind-blowing. Aftab Shivdasani is a new face as Vijay in the series. Apart from these, Adil Khan as Maninder Singh, Gautami Kapoor as Saroj, Parmeet Sethi as Naresh Chadha, Vijay Vikram Singh as Naval commander, Vinay Pathak as Abbas Shaikh, and Aishwarya Sushmita as Karishma. All of them are wonderful and convincing as their characters.

This story is basically created, written, and directed by Neeraj Pandey originally in Hindi and dubbed in Telugu, Marathi, English, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, and Kannada. The series is produced by Shital Bhatia, locations for the production are India and Ukraine, and cinematography is done by Arvind Singh. The series has been released on the Disney Plus Hotstar platform.

As we said above the story is rolling around Himmat Singh and his life. You can see the personal life, emotional side, and kind of romantic side of Himmat Singh. Kay Kay Menon is at best as Himmat Singh. We can also see the man behind Big Boss voice Vijay Vikram Singh in this series playing the role of Naval commander. The story has the potential to make you sit and watch all four episodes continuously without boredom. The story has definitely not many twists and turns as season 1 except the climax. The suspense factor of the story is much predictable and so in this area, you might be disappointed but overall this series is wonderfully directed and portrayed. You will not regret after seeing this series and definitely enjoy it.
