You can go to the Isolated Merchant’s Shack location in Caelid to purchase Lost Ashes of War. You’ll find a Vendor at the Isolated Merchant’s Shack location and you can buy each Lost Ashes of War in 5000 Runes from that Vendor.

Elden Ring: Process Of Duplicate Any Ashes of War
Duplicating Ashes of War is very easy, to duplicate Ashes of War you have to go to Roundtable Hold location. In Roundtable Hold you will find an NPC named Smithing Master Hewg, you have to select “Ash of War Duplication” option by interacting with Smithing Master Hewg, you can duplicate any Ashes of War in “Ash of War Duplication” section.
