After completing the entire Moonlight Greatsword quest chain, you will have to go to a location called Ranni’s Rise. After reaching Ranni’s Rise location, you have to exit through the front door, as soon as you exit you will see “Blaidd the Half-Wolf” walking. You have to defeat Blaidd in combat, as soon as Blaidd is defeated he will drop all his gear on the ground which includes Blaidd’s Armor, Blaidd’s Gauntlets, Blaidd’s Greaves, and Royal Greatsword. You can collect and equip all the gears of Blaidd.

Elden Ring: How To Get Blaidd Wolf Helmet?
However, after defeating Blaidd, you will not get a wolf helmet. If you want to completely give your character the look of Blaidd, then you will also need a wolf helmet. To get the Wolf helmet, you have to go to the Seluvis’s Rise location in the southeast. After reaching Seluvis’s Rise location, you do not have to enter inside the building, rather you have to climb the building with the help of the wall present on the left-hand side of the building. As soon as you climb the building, you will get to see a dead body there. You have to collect and equip the “Black Wolf Mask” present near that dead body.
