To get the basic variant of the Haligdrake Talisman, you need to visit the Seaside Ruins grace site located on south of Limgrave. After spawning at the grace point, you have to go to the beachside below, for which you have to jump and descend. After descending you have to proceed further northwest after which you will see a cave entrance, you have to enter the cave and proceed further, after which you have to loot the basic variant of Haligdrake Talisman from the body lying on the ground.
Elden Ring: How To Get Haligdrake Talisman +1 Variant?
To get the +1 variant of the Haligdrake Talisman, you have to visit the Leyndell Catacombs grace point. After reaching Grace Point, you have to go up using the elevator located in the southeast after which you will get to see 3 spirits in a room. After defeating three spirits, you have to hit the wall under the arch and near the stairs, after which a room will appear in front of you, as soon as you enter the room you have to hit the wall on the left side, after which that wall will disappear from there. As soon as the wall disappears, you will see a snail and a corpse. You have to loot the course and get the +1 variant of Haligdrake Talisman.
