If you want to get Frozen Needle Sword, you’ll need to head to Kingsrealm Ruins in the Northwest part of Liurnia of the Lakes. After arriving at Kingsrealm Ruins you will find a gateway, in front of which a square patch will be made on the roof. Rolling on the square patch will open an underground path, you have to go underground through that path and defeat the boss by entering the fog door. After defeating the boss, the next room will be unlocked, you have to open the chest present in that room, after which you will get Frozen Needle Sword.
