Is Battlegrounds Mobile India Game Data being Sent to China?

At present, some hot news is coming related to the Battlegrounds Mobile India game, due to which the fans of BGMI have been upset. This news is so important that if this news turns out to be true, then maybe Battlegrounds Mobile India can be banned.

A few days ago, Indian mobile gamers got their favorite game back i.e. early access to BGMI was started and the fans were very happy to play the game but now in the midst of this happiness, an atmosphere of trouble has been created.

On June 20, an article is posted on the website of IGN India, in which it is written that the data of the Battlegrounds Mobile India game is being sent to a server in China.

However, this news has been published with evidence in which a packet sniffer app was used to expose the server of the game. With the help of packet sniffer app, you can find out on which ip address your phone is sending the data packets being created by using any app or game.

When this app was tried on the BGMI game, the app created a log of the game’s data in which an IP address was highlighted whose location is Beijing China. Checking the IP address revealed that this IP address is owned by China Mobile Communication Co-op. This evidence indicates that the BGMI game’s connection is still linked to China, although there has been no response from Krafton to this news as of now.

Along with that, another thing has come that when the BGMI game is started, then Tencent’s servers are also pinged at that time and the proof of this is also seen in the article of IGN India.

Will Battlegrounds Mobile India be banned?

When PUBG Mobile was banned in India, the reason for this was only that the data of Indian users was being stored on the servers of China. However, before the launch of the BGMI game, Krafton had confirmed that the data of this BGMI game will be stored only on the servers of India and Singapore, but now after this incident, this game may be banned back in India.

Recently, BJP Mumbai’s Spokesperson Suresh Nakhua, reacting to this report of IGN India, made a tweet in which he has requested for investigation on this issue by tagging Parliament member Meenakshi Lekhi.

Responding to Suresh Nakhua’s tweet, Meenakshi Lekhi has made a tweet in which she has asked the Ministry of Electronics & IT to investigate the issue.

Conclusion

This issue has now reached the government i.e. now the Indian government has been involved in this issue and now a government investigation will be done on this issue whether the data of Battlegrounds Mobile India game is being sent to China by Krafton or not. If this news turns out to be true on investigation, then there is a high chance that the BGMI game should be banned by India.
