Whenever a new pokemon is about to arrive in Pokemon Unite, the data miners reveal the details of that pokemon before the official confirmation, and this time too something similar has happened.

Actually, recently HisuiEevee, a popular and authentic data miner of Pokemon Unite, has tweeted on his official Twitter handle and informed that he has got the data of Clefairy in the game file of Pokemon Unite, which you can see in the tweet given below.
Update About Clefairy/Clefable, there’s Stats for her from time ago, i didnt check if in 1.1.1 already existed (looking about it) but these are only the stats she gets on each level, rn these are LEFTOVERS since are UNUSED.
but if clefairy gets in, will evolve at level 4

According to the data miners, when the beta test of the Pokemon Unite game was going on, there was Clefairy in the game during testing, which image you can see below, but when Pokemon Unite was released, Clefairy was missing from the game i.e. due to some reasons clefairy was removed from the game.

In addition to the data miners, a hint has been given about the upcoming pokemon from Pokemon Unite and this hint points to Clefairy.

Actually, on January 28, an image was shared by the developer on the official Twitter handle of Pokemon Unite , which featured the moves of Pokemon coming in the months of February and March.

The supporter pokemon in the image above have the same move as Clefairy, which means that the upcoming pokemon in pokemon Unite could be Clefairy.
