You’ll have to keep moving through the crystal bridge until you reach the large cavern just outside the boss’s door. You have to go to the tunnel located next to the entrance of the boss’s door, after which you have to move forward crossing the purple stone. After which you have to go to the entrance present below. As soon as you get down you will reach a room where you will get to see 3 NPCs wearing masks. You have to open the chest present in that room and get the Crystalian Ashes.
