• If you have recently purchased skins & cosmetics and your purchased skins & cosmetics are not appearing or locked in your account then you have to wait approx 72 hours because your purchased skins & cosmetics may take some time to appear in your account. If after 72 hours the skins & cosmetics you purchased are not appearing in your account then you need to contact Blizzard Support.
