A brand new event is coming soon to your beloved Pokemon GO game called the Dark Flames event. Dark Flames event is going to bring a lot of new things and changes with it, if you are excited about this event then this article is for you because in this article we will give you complete information about this event.
Pokemon GO Dark Flames Event Release Date
If you do not know when the Dark Flames event is going to come, then we will tell you, actually the Dark Flames event is going to come at the end of this month i.e. on 29th June. If we talk about the duration, then this event will run from 29 June 2023 to 2 July 2023.

Brand New Pokemon
A brand new pokemon Turtonator is about to debut in the game with the Dark Flames event.
Wild Encounters
During the Dark Flames event, you will encounter Vulpix, Houndour, Poochyena, Galarian Zigzagoon, Carvanha, Numel, Stunky, Litwick, and Litten pokemon in the wild. If you are lucky, you may also encounter Houndoom, and Sableye.
One-Star Raids
If we talk about One-Star Raids, then in One-Star Raids you will get to see four pokemon which will be Sneasel, Darumaka, Scraggy, and Deino.
Three-Star Raids
If we talk about Three-Star Raids, then in Three-Star Raids also you will get to see four pokemon which will be Alolan, Flareon, Umbreon, and Turtonator.
Five-Star Raids
In Five-Star Raids you will get a chance to get Heatran.
Mega Raid
In Mega Raids you will be able to capture the Mega Sableye.
New Field Research Task
A brand new Field Research Task is coming with the Dark Flames event, in which you will encounter Alolan Meowth, Alolan Grimer, Alolan Marowak, Magmar, Sneasel, Litwick, and Turtonator pokemon. Completing the Field Research Task will earn you a Premium Battle Pass and 15000 XP.
Collection Challenge
If you complete the collection challenge that comes under this event, you will get 5000 XP and 100 Houndoom Mega Energy.
Event Bonuses
You will get many bonuses in the Dark Flames event which are as follows:
- When you complete Raids, you will get 25% additional XP.
- If your level is 31 or above, completing Raids will give you an extra Candy as bonus.
- You will get additional 3 candy on completing raids.
- The fire and dark-type pokemon used by Team GO Rocket Grunts will appear more frequently.
