Recently Niantic Inc, the developer of Pokemon GO game, announced its upcoming AR based mobile game Pikmin.

Pokemon GO is a hugely successful mobile game and the proof of success of this game is that the developers generated $1 billion revenue in the first 10 months of 2020 with the help of this game and the lifetime earning from the game is about $4 billion. Now, following the footsteps of the Pokemon GO game, Pikmin will also quickly take its place in the category of AR based games. The developers are building the Pikmin game using the same concept due to the popularity and revenue from their previous AR games.

The Pikmin mobile game was announced 1 day ago via a Twitter post by Niantic Inc and Nintendo of America. Although not much information has been given about the features of the game in this official post, but after online research, some details of the game have been revealed.

Pikmin is actually a game franchise made up with the combination of real-time strategy and puzzle, the games of this franchise are published by Nintendo. Games from this franchise have been released in gaming consoles such as GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch but now the game will also be launched for mobile devices due to the partnership of Nintendo and Niantic Inc. The game is currently under development due to which no official release date has been revealed at the moment.

The concept of Pikmin mobile game will be similar to PokemWeon GO because to play Pikmin game you will have to keep walking and you will explore different things by going to different locations. Cute and colorful Pikmins will be seen in the game, with which you will enjoy this game.

Currently no official information about the game’s release date is available, but the pre-registration of the Pikmin game has started on the official website of Niantic labs.
